Seems obvious but those are usually the most helpful things that we tend to forget about. Make sure you set it to go off at the same time every day. Soon it will become an automatic habit.
You close your car door and then... Ugh! You forgot to take your supplements and don't have time to run back into the house. Put them in your bag so if you forget, you can take them when you have time.
For many supplements it is best to take them with food, so why not pack them in your lunch?
Make a plan with another person in your household to take your supplements together.
