Waste material is carried away from the cells by the blood and the lymph, and skin brushing stimulates the release of this material.
Use a natutal bristle brush with a long handle that is designed for dry brushing.
Brush your body using long, smooth, and circular strokes, always remembering to brush towards your heart. Be sure to start at your feet first and work your way up.
Before dry brushing, ensure that your skin is dry and free from oil or lotion. We recommend doing this before showering or bathing.
After each use, clean your brush with mild soap and water. Let it dry in a well-ventilated area.
