The Cucchiara Family Business Legacy
With an insatiable passion, relentless drive, and determination to make a difference on the Central Coast, Coach Chris opened his first family business, Regenesis 360. Sophia, Chris’s daughter, began working full-time in the Cucchiara’s family business when she was 16 years old. Knowing her work ethic and willingness to learn and be coachable, Chris started giving her more and more responsibilities and she became the wellness director at Regenesis 360. When Coach Chris and his wife Julie decided to expand their family business to open a BeBalanced Center, helping women balance their hormones naturally, it was a unanimous decision to have Sophia become the operations manager. As Sophia manages the day-to-day operations of their BeBalanced Pismo Beach Center, Chris will focus his energies on the marketing aspects and strategic growth plan of developing additional BeBalanced Centers. Coach Chris’ commitment to mentoring his daughter and their staff will ensure the Cucchiara Family Business Legacy will live-on for many generations.

Chris has been a dedicated entrepreneur since he was eight years old, a former national competitive bodybuilding champion, and a recognized seasoned professional in the health, fitness, and wellness industries. He has been coaching individuals and businesses for forty-four years in the areas of business and human development, leadership, and lifestyle management. Understanding the demand for safe, effective weight-loss and hormone balancing strategies, Chris and his daughter Sophia are excited to open the very first BeBalanced Center in California and look forward to further impacting lives in the Pismo Beach area!
Sophia Cuchiarra
Center Manager
Since childhood, Sophia has been exposed to some of the greatest minds in the health and fitness industry through her father who has been a leading expert in health, wellness, and fitness. Knowing that she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps, Sophia made the decision to become a Certified Fitness Coach and received her Certification in Nutrition. Her specialty includes working with females over the age of forty in pursuit of their optimal body weight with an emphasis on building bone density. However, she had some of her own health struggles with hormone imbalance, digestive issues, and fatigue. When introduced to BeBalanced, she fell in love with the program by the way it made her feel. Sophia experienced results that she didn’t know were possible and absolutely knew that BeBalanced was the career path she wanted to pursue to help support the community of Pismo Beach, CA with healthy weight loss and hormone balancing.

Wellness Coach
Shanna has been a health and fitness educator for almost two decades. She has helped balance thousands of people's lives as a lifestyle and behavioral coach. Traveling throughout the world, Shanna motivates her audiences everywhere as she takes on the challenge of healthy living. From the journey of being an overweight kid to becoming a fitness and lifestyle coach, Shanna accumulated a lot of stories and experiences from clients to help them overcome their struggles with diet and exercise. After reflecting on these topics (as well as her own from childhood) Shanna was inspired and motivated to write The Reset Plan: Lose the Secrets, Lose the Excuses, Lose the Weight. Shanna is beyond thrilled to now be part of the BeBalanced Pismo Beach Team. Shanna has lost over 20 pounds with the BeBalanced program and is excited, to not only share her story, but to educate clients about the importance of natural hormone balancing.
